Marta Dabrowski has a deep passion for helping people. Although she did not complete her Social Work degree she continues to help others in a unique way but mostly on her own terms. She’s a Quantum Physics and The Law of Attraction explorer. Her closest family holds the most value in her heart. Nature and animal lover. Her new project designed to help people realize where they can find gratitude in their life will soon come to see the light. Stay tuned and in meantime check her fb page.

Alchemy is a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. Particularly concerned with converting base metals into gold.

Gratitude is derived from the Latin word “gratia” which means gratefulness or thankfulness.

The Alchemy of Gratitude is a process of transmutation of the ordinary into the extraordinary.

There seems to be a constant chase for more. More clothes, bigger TVs, another car, bigger homes, more followers, etc. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to be able to accomplish those things but that kind of chase puts you in a mindset of constant lack. It feels as if it is never enough and something better is always waiting just around the corner.

When do we actually get to sit down and feel grateful for everything we already have?

“If we do not feel grateful for what we already have, what makes us think we’d be happy with more?”.

Did you ever consider how many things in your life are you TRULY grateful for?

What can you be grateful for if all of your material possessions were taken away from you today?

The questions above, at first, may seem trivial but in fact, they’re one of the most soul-wrenching ones. The world we live in today almost forces us to think that “the grass is greener on the other side of the fence”.

On the other hand, if you are experiencing deep gratitude for all your accomplishments but feel that there is a space to receive more let me tell you about a little “secret”…

If you know about The Law of attraction you already know that “Whatever you focus your energy on will come back to you”. Often multiplied.

To make that easier to understand imagine you have a five-dollar bill in your wallet.

What comes to mind when you think about that $5 bill? Do you start to immediately complain about how little you have or do you feel thankful that you have that much and that there are people in the world that are less fortunate?

By thinking about how little you have and where your money will come from next, you’re focusing your energy on the lack. You are being in a state of lack therefore the outcome is less and less and the vicious cycle continues.

If you have deep heartfelt gratitude for that same five-dollar bill, your feeling is aligned and your energy has a laser focus on what you would like to receive or accomplish and it will come to you.

Feel grateful and that five-dollar bill will multiply plentiful.

The benefits of gratitude are endless.

As a quantum physics fan, I can tell you that being in a state of gratitude raises your vibrations. On the Hawkins scale Gratitude vibrates at 540 Hz where shame is at 20 Hz and guilt at 30 Hz. The difference is quite obvious.

Being on that end of the spectrum, vibrating so high your frequency automatically attracts more positivity around you.

By being grateful you increase self-satisfaction, elevate your mood, and have stronger interpersonal relations. There are also physical benefits that consist of optimum blood pressure, better sleep cycles, and a stronger immune system.

It’s easy to be grateful when you have a lot. But what about gratitude when you have very little or nothing?

“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more.”

If everything I have was taken away from me today what do I leave?

I have my breath.

I can go on and rebuild myself from scratch and help others who are less fortunate.

At that moment I would be grateful and think of those who can not breathe on their own. Those who have to have the assistance of an oxygen tank in order to take a single step.

Every day I’m deeply grateful for everything that life has offered me. For the good and the bad.

Even the worst of the moments were priceless lessons in disguise.

I can be easily grateful for some things that others might consider mundane. The pile of wood in my garage means I’m blessed enough to have a home and a fireplace to enjoy the beauty and warmth of a real fire in the winter. Some people can barely afford rent.

The pile of dirty dishes in my sink waiting to be placed in a dishwasher means I have food on my table and I’m able to feed my family and entertain my friends. We all know how many people go to sleep hungry or need to work four jobs just to feed their kids.

The colorful autumn leaves on the walkway to my front door may seem messy or depressing to some but I’m grateful that I have the ability to be alive and immerse myself in one of the most beautiful seasons of the year.

The world has ingrained lots of negativity into our subconscious. It’s up to us to make conscious efforts in changing our mindset from negative to positive.

By concentrating our attention on everything that is going well in our life we build up on it. Stop dwelling on your past mistakes, and your shortcomings and create your future by believing, feeling, and manifesting your dream life.

One of my suggestions to experience immediate gratitude is to take a look at your photo and write down all of the beautiful features you see.

To implement the Alchemy of Gratitude consider those three elements:

  1. Recognition. Recognize what it is that you can feel gratitude for.
  2. Acknowledgment. Acknowledge that you are starting the process of conscious gratitude.
  3. Appreciation. Appreciate, feel thankful deep in your heart with your whole entire being.

Steps to practicing gratitude daily:

  1. Start with an intention. The intention has an enormous force to send your gratitude straight to the Universe.
  2. Do not wait. Start today. Make it a daily habit. If you do not already have a gratitude journal begin writing on any clean piece of paper and save it for later. The written word has a special power as opposed to typing it on your computer.
  3. Take a look around you and observe consciously what can you be grateful for today and write it down.
  4. In the beginning start with 3-5 things, you’re thankful for. In time your list will grow.
  5. Spoil yourself and invest in a beautiful journal. I intentionally use the word “invest” as it will be a journal that years later you can return to and see how far you’ve come.
  6. Sit quietly, be still and contemplate how truly amazing it is to be in a state of deep gratitude.
  7. In no time this practice will become one of the favorite parts of your day.
  8. With time and practice, you’ll see your manifestations right in front of you.

Neville Godard said, “Feeling is the secret.” That translates to understanding that the feeling is a secret ingredient in creating the life we dream of. We have to already feel grateful in the very present moment for what we want in the future as if we already have it. Feel it with all five senses. Be the embodiment of deep gratitude and as the old times’ alchemists have transmuted metals into gold you’ll transmute your own life into something amazing.
